Can we join the program if we are already working with a doctor?
Yes, you can join Kiara Wellness even if you are already working with a doctor or fertility specialist. Kiara is designed to complement your existing care by providing personalized fertility insights and reports to support your journey.
How long is the program?
We breakdown our program into 30 day increments. We adjust your goals based on progress and priority every 30 days. You will receive a full report with focus areas to improve over a longer period.
Is the program just for women?
The program is for all people of any sex or gender. We ask your sex assigned at birth to align your goals for whole person health including egg and sperm quality.
