In my 25 years of guiding women through women’s gynecological health, I’ve helped 1,000s of women reach peak health before they conceive.

Through my personal and professional experience, I've come to understand reproductive health as a whole-body, whole-life experience. I was drawn to Kiara Health's mission because it reflects this belief, recognizing that high-quality fertility support comes from honoring the whole person through care that is comprehensive, compassionate, and rooted in respect for the individual.

People deserve personalized fertility education so that they can make informed choices about their bodies and their family planning, which is exactly what Kiara Health is all about. As a fertility nurse and educator, I’m on a mission to help people understand what’s going on in their own bodies, inform them about their treatment options, and help them make choices that will ultimately benefit not just their reproductive health but also their overall well-being.

As a Sex Therapist, I know the value of empowering spaces for women's/vulva health and reproductive care that supports all people, no matter their needs, in a non-judgmental and creative place.
