About Kiara Health

What is Kiara Health?

Kiara Health is a digital fertility care co-pilot designed to help individuals and couples better understand their health and wellness as it relates to fertility. Kiara guides users through a structured experience to generate personalized, evidence-informed insights that can support fertility goals.

Kiara is built for:

  • Individuals trying to conceive
  • Couples planning a pregnancy
  • Those looking to optimize fertility before pursuing clinical treatments such as IVF

Kiara supports both partners, recognizing fertility as a shared journey.

Kiara guides you through a series of surveys across 7 key focus areas that influence fertility. Using your responses, Kiara generates personalized health and wellness insights to help identify potential areas of opportunity and next steps.

The experience is fully digital and can be completed at your own pace.

Individuals can use Kiara independently, but we strongly encourage couples to participate together. Including both partners allows Kiara to deliver more holistic and meaningful insights.

Each partner completes their own surveys privately, with shared insights generated where appropriate.

After completing all 7 surveys, users receive:

  • Personalized fertility-focused health and wellness insights
  • Educational guidance to help interpret key factors influencing fertility
  • Curated suggestions to support informed conversations with providers

Pilot participants also unlock a free 30-minute educational session with a Kiara in-house fertility expert.

For the initial pilot:

  • 50 couples receive free access to the Kiara program
  • Participants who complete all 7 surveys unlock a complimentary 30-minute educational session
  • Sessions are educational in nature and do not include medical diagnosis or treatment

Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Kiara partners with a curated network of trusted third-party providers, which may include:

  • Supplement brands
  • Laboratory testing providers
  • Health and wellness device companies

Based on your personalized insights, Kiara may highlight relevant products or services that align with your fertility goals. Eligible users may receive exclusive discounts or preferred pricing when accessing these offerings through Kiara.
